Update: I moved in July 10, 2020 so many thing are wrong within my place but they are little things (like my closet door has a hard time shutting or the crack in the floor they told me about as I was moving in) and I thought even though management’s always busy they would still be able to have maintenance fix the things because I marked them as wrong when moving in. Rachel and Natalia do a great job in the best way they can but this new woman I believe her name is Ashley is VERY rude she rushes you off the phone and out the office but I hope things get better. Come on Crown Heights I have faith in you please don’t let me down! After being here for two years I wouldn't say it was the worse experience but I am wanting to live in a nicer place.

Wish i could give 0 Stars!! I had the worst experience with these apartments. Our windows were horrible and let in so many bugs during the summer! Management is incapable of fixing anything. Floods in the laundry room were constant. So many problems and management didn't care!

I absolutely loved living here. I my boyfriend and I moved here in April for work and I had a corporate lease. All of the office of the office staff was friendly and knowledgeable during the leasing process. Our apartment was updated and very clean when we moved in and all of our neighbors that we met were very friendly. I ended up getting laid off from the job and needed to terminate the lease agreement. Again, all of the office staff was friendly, extremely helpful, and understanding of the situation. Any time we needed maintenance done it was completed within 48 hours. Granted, we only had small things needed like a bulb burnt out and we needed a new air filter for our air conditioner so I'm not sure if that would remain true with larger issues. We loved the location and the little dog park area. I would definitely rent with Crown Heights again if I ended up coming back to the Kansas City area.

I lived here for 12 months. I really enjoyed my time here. Folks in the office were always nice and helpful. Any repairs were taken care of quickly. I know they are currently updating other aspects of the property, so I am sure the place will improve with time. They recently updated aspects of the pool so it looks really nice. The apartment itself was great. Everything was neat and new. Parking was always fine. Neighbors were nice and quiet. I also appreciated how they would frequently spray for bugs as preventative. I have recommended this place to folks I know who are looking to move to KC. Also, living off of north oak is an easy straight route into downtown KC. Highly recommend. Even after moving out due to a job change, they have been great with communicating with me regarding the return of my deposit and the move out check.
