Was looking for a designer brand handbag as a gift item, but the choices were limited. Associates were standing around chatting with each other and did not turn to greet us at any point. Went to a competitor store and purchased a handbag and a bracelet because the reps actually engaged with us and made recommendations.

I came in to do a return and I didn’t have a receipt and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to return it. Eriyan was not only able to find my item and return it but she also was able to use a coupon I wasn’t able to use otherwise because of the sale going on. She really went above and beyond and I will be back!

Good variety of clothes and other household items. I like that they have the Macy's Backstage. Get good quality items for much less than the regular price. We bought suitcases from there for less than 1/5th of the actual price. Also good place to get suits for kids. Was hard to find anywhere else, but had some selection here at Macy's.
