I'm going through the same thing right now
Can't figure that out.. they call from all different kinds of area codes.. Update: it's a "so-called" debt collection agency. They purchase old debts, can be from anywhere. I.e. car loans, credit cards, cable and internet services.. They only make profit from you. They never pay the actual agency you "owe" if you even still owe it.

This is a so-called "collection" agency. They purchase "bad debt" that may be years old, and most likely settled at some point for pennies on the dollar. Then they harrass victims on the phone and through correspondence. If you end up paying, THEY make the money off the so called debt, not the original creditor(s) which seem to be cable or internet providers.
Look at your credit report and see if they are on it..
Its a collection agency
I get calls also. I hang up after the lady says she's with Sunrise Credit Services. Same lady called from Wisconsin and and another time with local number. I called the number back and it just rang over 20 times with no answer or voicemail option.
Has anyone had this company appear on their credit report as a missed payment and sent to collections? I don’t have any accounts with this company nor have any past payments. How does a company place you on collections if you have not done business with anyone? If anyone can provide assistance or how they resolved their situation would be very helpful. Thank you
I just got a letter that must be a scam. Says I owe $59 to charter communications for an unreturned equipment. We. Ever even had Charter, but the communication is disturbing since it looks real.
I think the company is for an car payment. If you got a loan from a finance company through their bank for a car
