I made a online pickup for my groceries. I had to cancel because I went to a hospital being very sick. It took 3 weeks for Giant to refund my money and EBT benefits. I have EBT due to a horrific car crash which left me horribly injured to the point where I can not be employed. I waited so long for my refund for both my checking account became overdrawn due to recurring payments on my electric bill and without any food or beverages. I will never shop Giant on Trindle Rd Camp Hill Pennsylvania again. The entire staff acted unacceptable to this situation. Horrible customer support.

They can't fill a prescription correct, They can't charge a handicap cart (which is why I STOPPED) shopping there after I complained to the "manager". ONLY when I complained to Corporate he called me back. Sounds like a disability lawsuit to me! NOTHING has changed! Chambersburg PA Giant!! I called specifically to tonight to get my blood pressure meds. My friend dropped it off and 2 OTHER meds in the bag. NO blood pressure meds. Matt at the pharmacy said forgot. HUH??
