I’ve worked here for 2 years as a nurse. I would say, there are plenty of positive’s, but some negative’s, as well. They have low-cancellation rates. I’ve only been cancelled, in all, probably 5 times. I’ve never had any issues with payday, they’re always on top of that. The pay rate is on the higher side compared to other companies of its kind. They give cash bonuses after so many hours worked, which is nice. Most of the facility options are pretty decent places and they have a few different ones you can choose from, but not as many as they used to. Over the past 6 or so months, they seem to have lost quite a few facility contracts without new facilities being taken on. Communication *can* be a drawback. Management is on another planet, so you might be able to talk to someone and you might not. They have a high turnover rate for case managers, so it’s a gamble on what sort of person takes over your account.. the ‘helpful’ kind, or the ‘ignore you’ kind.

Not sure what so going on since being an employee for over a month I have only worked one schedule, late responses from app, late responses from recruiters, late acceptance and denials it has not been the greatest experience for me excessive updating same documentations in-app. Something that is a great tool for people looking elsewhere to work, I guess it depends on who is working for you to help you obtain employment through the app. I’m not happy at all

Surely. If the nurse has a green card, or an H1B, and is legally able to work in the US, and if the nurse has a nursing license, we are more than happy to staff them at one of our hundreds of nursing home clients across the US.
I'm not sure if they do but staff a lot of employers around Florida which is where I reside , maybe that's a question for customer service im just an employee working for them
