Nobody likes to be in collections I'm agree with that but since my debt was redirected with this agency collections I had to pay with them to avoid any issues or delays, I took screenshot of my payment and when I called spectrum they told me that everything was ok, my recommendation is pay online on the website and avoid to speak with any representative unless you are not agree with the debt. once you are in collections just pay with them directly don't pay with the company that put you in collection.

Collect names and agent ID numbers. Jot down the date and time that you called for your own personal evidence.
