They have definitely changed for the worse. Although I get good customer service most of the time it doesn't matter when you feel you could have done better elsewhere.

Yes, that happens very often, but call, talk to the manager, or call the main line, to let them know your experience, that is the only way to make them known that the service and quality of food is not what you expected. That happened to me and I keep going and asking and talking to people, now I check my order before and if don't looks closely to at least what the picture shows, I won't take it.
