Extremely slow, and check your order for missing items. There were many angry customers this morning in side of the building. One man had submitted his order many times and it was still wrong. There were maybe 5 orders in the building. One man left his order because they were taking SO LONG. I had a small order, ordered ahead online, and waited at least 15 mins. Its not that the service was bad, everyone just seemed clueless. New maybe. But while the manager was talking to a angry customer the other employees were just watching while everyone was waiting for their order. It was really bad.. they need better management.

Ordered a soft taco and got a hard shell. The cheese enchilada tasted rubbery. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of customer service. Everybody was really nice and the line moved fast. I forgot to always check my bag before hitting the highway!

I usually love Taco Cabana. I could eat it for days at a time. I ordered the bean and cheese nachos and a large rice. The chips were stale, the rice was crunchy so disappointing. Half our order was not taken out and we had to show our receipt to get the rest. The margaritas were separating 5 mins into being on the table. Just all around bad, waste of money. We informed the manager and she apologized but did not offer any replacements or fresh food. Save your time at this location

They are SO SLOW at this location! Plan on each and every visit to range between 20-30 minutes in the drive thru. Went this morning to get breakfast tacos for my family. 10 minutes later I get to the order carousel, only to be informed the order would take an additional 30 minutes! I was basically stuck in the car line, with a line behind me and one in front. I told the attendant to just make the order as planned - it would take about the same time to get in front of the line anyways. And guess what - that's what exactly happened! But wow, it was a record time for them. Instead of 30 minutes, it took like 19! So my total in and out time for a box of tacos took 29 minutes - just ridiculous! And, when the clerk gave me my order, the box was open, and the sauce was half filled. I told her about being a bit concerned with an open box. Her response was, "that's the way we serve them!" Just shaking my head...

Contact the manager, at the very least it might get the employees more training.
They have definitely changed for the worse. Although I get good customer service most of the time it doesn't matter when you feel you could have done better elsewhere.
