If you're picking up at new balance, expect to be there for 3 or 4 hours. Now they make you drop your trailer.

For picking up a load / container, they open at 07:30 am. There is a little truck and trailer parking available just outside the gate entrance. The address and directions are good through Maps and Garmin and both will bring you right to the front gate for truck and car traffic.
