I know you just want to run in the beauty supply and grab what you need but I suggest you avoid this place at all cost. The customer service is horrible and then they stand behind the counter and laugh and talk about you in their language. A customer behind me told me exactly what was said and we both walked out. There are other beauty supplies in the area where they are respectful and appreciate your business

Rude rude rude!!!!! I live 2 minutes away. I asked for something behind the counter and they gave me the wrong item. Turned around and went right back to the store i ended up talking to some girl who said she was the manager. She told me I was sold the right thing. How can you tell me what's wanted and needed for my head. Not to mention she wasn't even at the counter when i asked for it. She was also rude as hell. No one in the store has good customer service they don't greet you even if you greet them first .My daughter spends nothing less than 100.00 everytime she goes to Golds and I spend 50.00 this is almost every 2 weeks. we will take our money that we work hard for some place where they can act like they are happy we have come to spend our money. I will not be going back

The young ladies that Paul has working for him at the store are very rude and actually uneducated on what it takes to sell products for black hair. He has a store manager Hispanic young girl who is so rude I actually told her that she was very disrespectful and very rude and she responded I know and smiled how do you keep customers when you have people that work for you who don’t appreciate your customers or respect your customers.

OMG...👀👀👀👀 Thats alooooot of hair. Waow. I was super excited to see so many wigs and hair extensions. But I wish they had those fish wire ' invisible string , kind of hair extensions that becomes invisible and u don't need to worry abt clipping on all the time. Cause personally I've never tried any wigs in my life but I've purchased clip-on extensions online. I have them in straight 22" but I wanted bouncey loose natural looking string extensions or same thing in Clip-on but they were not available. Only straight were available. But I've purchased other products. 👍 Staff is friendly
