Hi, so I came here A LOT but unfortunately I think I won't be coming in again. The wax technician ripped skin up when she was waxing my lip and this is the second time that it's happened at this location. I called to ask about this issue and couldn't get anyone on the phone and that was the reason I just came to leave a review update instead. It sucks but this place is really going down hill fast.. the last time I was here, no one was at the front to help and I just kinda walked around for awhile, this last experience just kinda put the nail in the coffin for this location. I had to totally re do my review from Soi brow to this location because they switched. You can tell in some of the photos that the locatios are some of the same from Soi. This location has not been running great, not as great as Soon brow was ran.

It was my first time here. I had a great experience at this salon. Quick service and very professional. I didn't get the stylist's name but she did a great job on my brows. Lip threading hurts no matter where you go.:/

Don't get your Brows done here. Seriously understaffed, waited 30+ minutes, rushed my service, completely messed up the shape of my eyebrows. Very low quality & bad service. There's alot more I could say but honestly I don't care to waste the time on them. Will not be going back.

Valerie has been doing my nails since she started about a year ago and I always get compliments on them! My hands are always in water or gloves as I’m a hairstylist and they always hold up good. I’ve had some sets last me over a month! Don’t mind sitting for a couple hours to get the beautiful nails she always creates! :) these are 2 of my fave that Valerie’s done on me!
