She literally spent THREE MINUTES with me, she snapped the scissors a few times, she said I was done and I thought she was kidding! I stood up and there was NO hair on the floor or on the plastic cape, and I even asked HER to show me one strand of hair that she cut and she couldn't find any either, but she insisted that she did a full cut! After I tried to get her to be reasonable, that she didn't earn anything in 3 minutes and no cut hair, I still had to pay! RIDICULOUS, and I will never be back. I really should sue. That's no way to treat customers, I was completely ripped off.

Very relaxed and polite. The person that cut my hair was the red hair women, I didn't get her name unfortunately. But never the less she was respectful, gentle, quick, and ensuring. Would definitely come back again.

All I can say I just thank God I listened my hair looks so beautiful I get so many compliments it's not even funny I definitely will be going back and she'll definitely only be the person that cuts my hair.
