Everytime I visit this location they never have any Chicken Pot Pies on hand and then you have to wait 30 minutes for one. How come they don't keep any on hand since all they sell is Chicken?

This would probably be better asked to the manager. My guess would be they sell out. They now have an app you can order in advance online. Try ordering a pot pie 30 minutes before you want to pick it up, that way it will be hit and ready when you get there.
