I'm sure it's a great experience if you order anything in stock. I unfortunately did a pre-order and it must have been massively oversold. Months and months of nothing, even being told the last 100 orders should be "soon". That was 2 months ago. I'll get my niece something else for her birthday I guess.

Really unfriendly staff (thick man). At least during afternoon hours. Always bothered by questions, always looking to argue or dismiss. I felt rushed and unwanted. Is it so much to ask to be able to look around in peace? I know you're there, I'll check out when I'm ready. And please, if i have a question about some items, mtg sets etc, help a shopper out. Makes me not want to go back.
