No they only have porta potty since Covid started. One would think that access to a sink with running water would be the smarter option but many places are opting for the porta potty option for some reason. I know they aren't known for how clean they are but the ones out there aren't that bad in the big scheme of things and they did have a hand sanitizer dispenser inside them
