The room windows were dirty, the mirrors were dirty, the air conditioner vents were dirty. Some substance on the back of the desk chair. The tv stand was dusty. The breakfast was okay for the kids. The orange juice appeared to be watered down or an inexpensive brand. Service people were nice. I just thought they should have payed more attention to detail with Covid being on the rise......

The room was not clean very dirty. Checked out after 4 hours, but the toilet would not flush and kept running and the clerk said she would put us in another room. However, after arguing with us she said maintenance would be there the next day. We went and ate at a restaurant and came back toilet did the same thing. We checked out was not worth arguing with her again. When we tried to get a refund the clerk argued and said we did not say anything and the toilet was fine.

10/10 awesome hot breakfast wide variety, cleaning service was great and the maid is so sweet. Employees were amazing and very helpful, came to spend time with the family at fossil Valley & dino world and it feels so good to spend a day out and come back to a great hotel. Definitely recommend, feels like home.

Room was not dirty, but was not cleaned very well. Dust layers on lamp shades and head board. The chairs in living room are heavily stained, sticky stuff on kitchenette counter, closet door mirror had not been cleaned in a while, and walls need a good cleaning in some areas. The service was good, very nice people. Breakfast was also good, anything and everything you would want to eat. Would I stay here again? Yes, but not at the price we paid.
