Is there anyone answering the phone?

I have called repeatedly and cannot get anyone to answer the phone, except for once and that person put me on hold for about 15 minutes, after which I got tired of holding and hung up. I also tried two other postal phone numbers with the same results. NOTHING! I had mail stolen and they don't seem to care.

I called Tuesday and got a person.

I called and no answer. Called the other phone number and it said there’d be an hour wait on hold.
