Vacation hold ended two days ago and the mailman didn’t deliver my mail yesterday. Today I made a phone call to the Sunnyslope office and they assured me it would be delivered today. Guess what, no mail today. What do I need to do? Very frustrating.

Thank you, Jason! Fortunately, the mail came after I checked it tonight at 5:00 p.m. My husband decided to check it again in case it was delivered after I stopped at the boxes. Low and behold it was there! I spoke too soon.....very happy we got our mail tonight.

Sorry this happened to you Chris. Sometimes route subs don't check vacation holds because mgmt pushes them to run routes fast and get out on the street fast, which is unsafe and causes these issues. Also supervisors have a lack of communication other than hurry up, depending upon what time you called could be an issue the carrier could have already been on the street delivering when you called. Either way there is no excuse for good customer service. I will make an announcement tomorrow morning as i am a carrier out of Sunnyslope station. If i had your address i could go to the carrier for you but i hope this helps you
