That has not been my experience. Every time I have called for a taxi Elite, has been there in 15 or 20 minutes.

Name apart that they treat badly to the elderly people in the centers if they do not believe me ask Asus grandparents and they will see elite taxi poor service ... they are pure family in that company na educated family and do not say the owner

You can call them and tell them the address that you want to be picked up from and then they would let you know how much the trip will be

Good golly! If you are going to grouse about something (and maybe you have good reason), at least compose sentences that articulate a complete thought. Yours is one run-on that should probably be at least three sentences, but I can't decipher it enough to tell. I can't tell from your post what the issues are. I assume that your post should have begun with "WHY does your company..." , but even that is sort of silly. It implies that there is a reason why they do that on purpose, which of course they don't. I doubt that the operator was on the phone with you for an hour, but it seems that is your assertion. I don't know what significance 4:08 has because I don't know how much time passed between then and your post. I can say that from my experience with Elite that the dispatchers are efficient and effective, and the taxi usually arrived within five minutes or so of the ETA, and typically before more often than after. But things happen, and maybe you didn't receive that level of service.
