What is the point of paying to reserve your seat and row if Flix is going to fill the whole bus anyways. I try to book with flix to avoid the sweaty sardine can that is greyhound, but it turns out its the same human garbage truck experience on flix too. Drivers regularly texting while on the road too, I'd rather walk the 100 miles.

Park at the airport East economy lot and take the gree SkyTrain airport shuttle train to the bus station
It departs from the 44th St SKY TRAIN station, which is NOT the 44th St Light Rail Station. If you are going there by car, you can follow directions to the Cell Phone Parking Lot. Drop off at the cell lot, next to the big building, then walk thru to the other side of building. If you go by public transit, you can take light rail or bus to 44th St Light Rail Station, then walk down to the west end of the station, up the escalator, and back down the escalator on the other side of tracks. Either way, you should end up at the northwest end of the big building which is called 44th St Sky Train Station. I have also seen what looks like a city bus that drops off directly at the Sky Train Station (not the light rail station) but I think that might be a shuttle that comes from the car rental lot. You'd have to ask Valley Metro on that one.

I take Flix a lot and I've never seen them run late, if anything they're early.
I have known answer to any question about the Flex Bus the Flex Bus they do not communicate with none ther passengers they have very poor communication they don't care anything about the passenger that's right in their bus they just want your money once they get your money to ride the bus is no more communication

Currently sky Harbor near the train station at 44th and Washington. Their website and app has everything on their and if things change they update it there.
It is good up until 15 minutes before your depature time on your ticket. However if needing to change or cancel your ticket there is a fee.

My most recent trips on Flixbus have been on time to no more than 10 minutes late due to traffic, especially in Los Angeles. The ten, five and 110 freeways can be a mess at rush hour.
It's actually on the city bus side of the 44th St Station. Not the 44th St Light Rail Station. The 44th St SkyTrain Station. Those two stations are connected by an aerial walkway. The one you want is a short distance South of the rail tracks. The wrong 44th St Station is the one that's immediately next to the tracks, on the North side of them. The correct station is the one that's next to the Phoenix Airport Cell Phone Waiting Lot. If you are at the cellphone waiting lot, you would walk thru to the other side of the station, and the bus stops at the left end.

I've taken three round-trip so far. The meeting address for Phoenix has now changed to Washington and 44 St. Phoenix Sky harbor station. Check your tickets.
