Was traveling with spouse and teen. Got upgraded to a suite which was fantastic. My teen loved having his own room with TV and bathroom. Breakfast was standard, but always appreciated. Outside traffic was slightly noisy in the morning, but expected if staying downtown. Suite was fairly clean, but I did find a half-filled water bottle on the floor near the chair in the master bedroom. Overall a good stay.

Five stars for the shower alone. There’s a shower and then there’s a shower with that kind of water pressure - total refreshment. Coffee in the lobby is good too. Interesting neighborhood and campus to explore on foot, at least during spring break it was pretty mellow.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. We were part of a large group for a long-term stay which proved to be challenging at times. Shelley was fantastic. She was always professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The other standout was Heather. She too was exceptional. The hotel was well run, clean, and a great place to stay. I would highly recommend a stay here.

It was very hard for us to find a conveniently located hotel that would allow our larger (Siberian Husky) dog, but they gladly had us and the front desk even excitedly gave him treats every time we passed through the lobby. Just be aware there is unfortunately a nonrefundable $125 pet fee. It's in a great spot where you can walk to everything that we wanted to see and do downtown! Parking was not a problem either which was nice. The room itself was well kept and tidy, and the bed was pretty comfortable by hotel standards. The staff was all very nice. We enjoyed our stay.
