If it is questions you have on how to use it then yes. If it is a hardware issue then the store is limited on what repairs they can do. I would bring it to the geek squad agents to have them assess it for you
Just one of the advantages of buying anything at Best Buy is if you need any help with the device they have a person to assist and guide you. Now if it is broken ... They will let you know. Then it is your option to get them to fix it or the Apple store.
