This place has the worst service I've ever experienced. We waited for almost an hour and were still at the bottom of the line (3 people) This kind of service is unacceptable. They had plenty of people working and wandering around, but no one to help the customers. I'll never walk into this store again. Looks like many others have had the same experience.

Horrible company and service. They have been adding fraudulent fees on my account so I had to submit an FCC complaint. This company has gotten downhill. I hope they go out of business. I will take my business to AT&T.
