I’ve been training for 3 months so far with Chris at the Hayden road location and it has been an amazing experience! He is extremely knowledgeable, works with your schedule, and is a great motivator. I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a trainer!

I trained with Chris Schuck, one of the trainers at the Hayden and Chaparral location. Chris was very patient, organized and detailed in his training process. I realized amazing results under Chris and am able to utilize the skills and techniques he taught me to continue my development. As a senior, it gets a bit tougher, but Chris was patient while still pushing me to my limits.

Yes, we do.
No, it's a very small gym compared to other AFs. It has your basic exercise equipment and showers, but that's it. No pool, no steam/sauna rooms and no tanning beds. For this reason, it's never too busy to go!^_^

Probably not. There are no truck signs on most of the streets. The Anytime off of 10 and baseline is easy to get to for semis with plenty of parking.
