Usually good customer service but after 4 hours trying to get help with a bad phone they sold, as well as getting any of the dozen questions answered about the products I bought from THEIR store, I ended up just leaving frustrated with hours of wasted time. "Customer service" is what businesses need to get back to, everywhere, really. It's not high maintenance to expect friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff when supporting business. Get it together guys so we can come back!

Does it cut in and out locally? If local recordings are flawless and the mic cuts in and out while on conference calls, it could be your internet connection. Test for jitter and packet loss. Good luck.
Did you receive a free subscription to Webroot from Best Buy? Do you have a Best Buy account? If yes, then Best Buy will provide you with an activation key for Webroot. You will establish an account with Webroot, which is totally separate from Best Buy, install Webroot and then activate Webroot with the key Best Buy gave you. A link to install the software should have been sent to your email address on your best buy account or you can find a link for Webroot by logging in to your Best Buy account. Did you download and install Webroot and you are not seeing it on your computer? Do you have a PC or Mac?

If it is questions you have on how to use it then yes. If it is a hardware issue then the store is limited on what repairs they can do. I would bring it to the geek squad agents to have them assess it for you
