Sharing the outstanding service provided by Kelly at the Indian Bend Store. My simm card had fried, and we were in the process of a new phone contract but the contract would not go thru. Kelly worked tirelessly and with corporate for 4 hours to resolve. She was patient and kind. I think she deserves special accommodation. We still are not sure why the contract would not go through. Last wk in near-desperation from often having barely a connection w another popular carrier, I decided to finally switch to the 1 I've heard nothing but gd things about for yrs--Verizon! I entered this location on a whim as I drove by, & I totally lucked out! Spencer who was seated in the back greeted me as soon as I entered the store. He then proceeded to hear my situation, & then gave me options. I could tell rt away that he's 1 of these ppl who really knows his stuff-- so comforting! He explained things very well, didn't skip a beat w important details I needed to know. I think I was out of there in about .5 hr-- so he was quick & efficient too, besides professional & very nice. Thx Spencer! I'm so glad to have encountered u, & I'm thrilled to be w Verizon now!

Becca was exceedingly helpful during the 3 hours we were together. I would recommend that shop in particular, but I’m just happy in general to have what appears to be steady internet
