The shuttle will pick you up at the commerical curb.. across the first few Lanes of traffic to the middle median
North side of terminal 4 near the baggage claim. Can't speak for the other terminals but the instructions were on a parking ticket given when arriving.

Pick up info will be on a ticket your driver gives you when you first park at the lot. Between 8:30 AM and 10:30 PM a shuttle bus will stop at all the terminal pickup locations every 5 to 8 minutes. Outside of that time window you call their courtesy number for pickup.
Yep, commercial lanes and start looking for Blue Sky vans. Farthest east pickup is the general area.
