Got off the bus because the location says open at 6am for dine-in and it was still locked but the drive-thru was opened. Just not fair I took an extra stop because the location said opened now I don't get to have breakfast because I only had time to stop at one place.

This might be the worst BK I've ever gone to. The employees are trash people who clearly have no clue what customer service is, or how to prepare fresh quality food, nor do they care. The food is always old, cold, and rubbery. The burgers are made sloppy and clearly just thrown together with little care or caution. When you speak up and ask for the order to be made right, or fresh, they act like it's a HUGE problem and you should just eat whatever slop you get. Why would anybody with common sense serve a rubbery old chewy chicken fry? They do. They sadly do. Stay away from this ghetto location.

Worst location. Gave me old stale fries. I went in & asked for new ones. They replaced them with the same stale fries. Then I asked again, they remade them & I think they're just overcooking them? Because they came out the exact same way. Unedible. Same with the chicken fries. So, it was a giant waste of money for food I didn't even get to eat or enjoy.
