Medicare contracted quality improvement consultants. Initiatives are repetitive, have no value to improve quality of facilities they are assigned, no way to verify facility compliance to action plans and are mostly email blasts that noone at facility reads. Complete waste of tax payer money.

Try calling Honor Health counseling department. Hsa is a scam. At least they were 6 months ago. Good luck
