My husband Ramon was a patient here for around 25 days and some of the staff were so slow in requests as simple as water. I also believe the patients should of had more showers for their personal hygiene. The 1st floor nurses seemed a little faster with requests. One nurse Yvonne was the best she was very quick with all requests. I do realize these kinds of jobs are very demanding. The therapist I met was great. Hopefully Ramon starts to improve at home but that looks like a long road for me. But I also know Ramon is very hard headed and is not a good listener. So thanks for what you could do for him.

Worked here for about 5 weeks, was the worst facility I have been with to date in a clinical setting. I was the only CNA for 32 patients by myself for MANY days in a row. And when I asked the management to help me pass out food trays because I had 32 diapers to change they responded back with "if you aren't able to do our job, why should we help you with yours". State is constantly being called from such horrible wounds. I had patients crying to me everyday saying how they are neglected by other care givers and only felt safe with me. The only good part about Ascension is the PT. It's very unfortunate a lot of the staff just doesn't care and are not empathetic towards the elderly. When I told management what the patients were saying how they felt neglected and we should get more caregivers I was fired on the spot. Please do not send your loved ones here, they will end up dead or falling everyday because they do not have the proper staffing.

They almost killed my mother from lack of care. My sister & I had to go in everyday for 6-8 hrs to care for her. She started forgetting things and mixing up stuff and they refused to test her co2 levels(I had been a medic). When they finally did they were 3x the normal. She started going into kidney failure because of it all. We ended up having her transferred to another facility!

Both of my parents spent time in the facility and had participated in the PT program. The therapists were very caring and patient with both of them. One thing facility can improve on is their food! Not very desirable

Of course. Just stop in at the front desk, but it shouldn't be a problem
Yes! We can always use homemade blankets, especially at this time of the year. They are usually given as presents to our patients.
We are contracted with multiple transportation companies. Depending on insurance, it may be covered at no additional cost.
