I’ve banked with abri for over 20 years and the last 2 have been increasingly horrible. Recently, Rebecca, the teller supervisor, told me to take my check to Chase if I wanted to cash it(which I wasn’t, I was making a deposit) because it was my first time bringing in a payroll check, which wasn’t true, and even if it was, so what? Why would I do that when I don’t bank with Chase, I bank with Abri? There was a phone number on the check if additional verification was needed. Such a rude thing to say to a customer. I had to go home and get additional paperwork and come back to abri to deposit my check. I’m seriously ready to place my money elsewhere if I have to jump through hoops to make a deposit. This isn’t the only incident I’ve had.

Ms. Nancy Carrera and Mr. Danny , was very courteous and patient . They gave me history about Abri Credit Union and what benefits it has to offer. Example checking and savings. And I needed the extra information because I’ve never belonged to a credit union. Her information is below give her a call to experience great customer service.

Raquel and Rebekah were very helpful and so respectful.. resoloved all my problems, helped me out with the coin machine…. Also they are , very sweet kind and hardworking best customer service in town….
