While I was extremely annoyed and frustrated that I was told that the office was closed but I could have gate access until 10 was untrue. Larry was kind, courteous, extremely helpful, and most importantly very professional. He deserves a raise!!!!

They NEVER open on time. Daughter is graduating today. I need my dress clothes from storage. I have long drive to graduation. And starting to panic. This is second time I've came here at 8:00. And not open on time. And I dont come here much!. 8:12 now and still not open. Time to put stuff somewhere else soon!

Great storage facility with excellent customer service. Wayne answered all of my questions and helped me during my move out to make sure that I was only paying for the days I needed and prorated my last month. Would have stayed here longer but it was just too far from my new place. Good price units and convenient location near the highway.
