This review is long overdue. I started getting facial treatments almost 6 months ago for acne and scarring. I’ve worked with Cristen, Pam, and Lauren. All of them have been incredible and obviously communicate with each other so I have a cohesive plan in place. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and uplifting. Every time I go, I leave feeling better than when I came in. I’ve also seen big improvements in the depth of my acne scars and the tone and texture of my skin. They really take the time to get to know me and my skin so they can recommend the best products and at-home skincare routine. I’d be remiss if I also didn’t shout out Kate at the front desk! She’s pure loveliness. The whole culture/vibe of the office is so positive. I was on the fence about starting this process but do not regret a thing!

I was impressed the minute I walked in the door and was greeted warmly by not only the receptionist but the staff members as well. I had an in-depth consultation my first visit, followed by a custom facial with Pam. We have since returned and brought friends and family. Each having a remarkable experience with multiple staff members. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and such a pleasure! We drive over 2 hours and can’t wait until our next treatment. Oh and my skin is looking so amazing that people have commented!!

New customer here - I visited Criswell Medical Spa 1 week ago and had an incredible experience with both Cristen and Pam. While I've hardly neglected my skin over the years, I've not been committed to regular professional treatments and at 62 I'm feeling and seeing the effects of aging. Cristen spent a good amount of time with me educating on not only their services, but skin in general and how it responds to specific treatments. Pam (who has the softest touch!) analyzed my skin, talked to me about my skin goals and built a treatment plan that would help me get there. We did a micro-current lifting treatment and wow, immediate visible results and long term too if I keep it up. In short - both of these ladies are A+ in terms of knowledge & experience while being incredibly professional and kind. I'll be returning for sure!
