Elevator has been broken since the start of the year so it is only handicap accessible if you are on the first floor. We have been unable to close our account because we cannot physically carry the furniture down the stairs that was brought in by the elevator originally and management continues to charge full rent each month

Elevator didn't work. Air conditioning didn't work. Bought a new lock at Cube Smart and the key broke second time I used it. Very disappointed!

Went today to help my sister, elevators broken, no carts available and outside contractors had customer spots, awful😡 she is so upset, she said they went up on rates too. How awful

Reserving the space was super easy, and check-in online was great. However, when I got to the facility there were three issues: -the elevator was not operational and no one warned me of that in advance. We had to carry some heavy furniture up three flights of stairs -the office hours on the website says they are open on Sundays and they are not. I have additional items I want to put in storage but I don’t even want to use the unit with a broken elevator. -our unit has a pole through the middle of it. Not that it’s that big but it still takes up space. That should have been clear during the time of booking

Climate-controlled storage units are temperature controlled. Climate control means that we use reasonable efforts to maintain a temperature in the building where the Cube is located of between 55- and 80-degrees Fahrenheit. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, metal, fabric, and other items
