I've been waiting on my refund since 2/11/2022, I've called several times and the last time I called makes the second time the rep has emailed the supervisor to issue the refund. I'm starting to feel scammed.

After my 20 years term life policy ended in January this year, I found out in February they auto withdrew a larger premium from my bank account. I tried to call their phone number to talk to customer service multiple times, but no one has ever answered calls after waiting on the line for over an hour. I think anyone who wants to buy new life insurance policy needs to be careful about this company. The service is no good and when you need to reach them for help, no one will answer you.

Canceled a term life policy after 20 years in that time did not have any issues. After canceling this policy in Sept. 2021 SBLI in October withdrew 153.08 form my account I noticed this withdrawal 10/22 waited until the withdrawal date came up in Nov. 2021 and they took a second 153.08 unauthorized. I contacted my agent he did what he could do filled out some paper work which they claim they never got. Contacted the agent again this week he has sent some emails and no one has called. I also contacted the COO Rose Conneely twice this week and have not heard back.
