Had an outstanding time with my mother, Arlene Barnes, this afternoon at Applebee's Grill & Bar in Woburn MA. Our waitstaff, Lauren, did an outstanding job with our entire order and even took photographs of us. My wife, Cammie Smith Barnes was still sleeping but I brought her home a wonderful dessert.

I went to Applebees last night and food was great, it was quite, and drinks were good too. waiter was nice checked on our table every time. Will be going again 👍👍👍

We had lunch on a weekday. The food was fresh and delicious. The chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Our server, Lisa, was really warm and welcoming. Great experience! :)

We ordered the 2 for $24. Got the mozzarella sticks for our app and then got the Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. For my side I got broccoli and cheese. The other person I went with had the three cheese penne with chicken. Forgot to take a photo. All in all good food.

My thought is a customer is still initialed to be served whether or not there's not enough help or not.still a paying customer.

Wish I had read these reviews before spending money at this place. Why is it that Applebee’s did not take responsibility for a delivery of COLD food and ONLY 1/2 the order was delivered. Told it was “door dashes” fault. NO REFUND ISSUED.
