I reserved a nissan rogue online and was helped at the location by Jake. In person I upgraded to a Cadillac as the price was similar. It was a great and simple pickup experience. I had reserved it from Friday to Sunday but they were closed at noon when I tried to return it and was confused what to do. Google said I was responsible so I drove it home. When I tried to return it the next morning they tried to charge me for an extra day but after talking we worked it out. There is a 24 hour drop off key slot but it isn't marked and needs a sign. Or maybe if a return is on Sunday they let the customers know what to do beforehand. Overall a solid experience compared to most rentals.

FOUND MY CAR VANDALIZED after parking on the spot I was told to leave it by the renting agent (on Enterprise premises). Before and after washing pictures attached. Paint is ruined for good on a brand new car. Rented minivan UNSANITARY. When turning air on smelt terribly of something rotten. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I arrived on 5/3/2022 to pick up an SUV. There was some problems with my reservation. That's when I met Jake. Jake as nice as can be and incredibly helpful. he advised me that there was not an SUV available at the time so he offered me a downgrade and assured me that I would be able to pick up an SUV later on that afternoon. At about 3pm that afternoon I called to advise that I was on my way to do the exchange. Unfortunately Jake was not there and another employee told me that I would have to wait until after 5pm, which is closer to closing time. That definitely could not for me, so I suggested that I could come the following day to make the exchange. I took my lunch break and went to make the exchange. When I arrived I met Odel. He was a different character all together. He told me that the SUV was ready and he adjusted the contract. I went into the vehicle and discovered it was not clean at all. The driver's floor was full of dirt, front interior had sticky stuff all over it and the back seat was full of pet hair. I pointed this out to Odel and he said that he will run it through again (to be cleaned). He came back 15 minutes later and said that it was clean this time. It was NOT. The sticky stuff was still all over the front interior and if possible it seem like there was more pet hairs on the back seat than before. Again I brought this to Odel's attention. This is when he became very rude and disgusting. Knowing that I was on a lunch break he said to me "I can run it through again, I can run it through as many times as you like" in that take it or leave it tone. What a misrepresentation of cleanliness that is being advertised. Especially in these times when health factors are a huge issue in society and very risky. Apparently they did not care about my health and safety when they are trying to have me drive this obviously filthy vehicle. If they did this to me, How many more vehicles are they having other customers drive that have not cleaned or sanitized. It's like giving me an obviously dirty fork to eat with. It's really unfortunate when one person's lack of concern for another human being brings down the entire team. I would advise anyone to be very careful. You can not trust or risk your health with these people here at this location. They don't care about you.

After going through an accident that totaled the car mid February (fortunately no injuries), we rented a car and also bought a car there from Steven Gross. Fabulous experience! Highly recommended for your car needs! Thank you Steven and Drew at Enterprise Car Sales in Woburn!
