I drove down to IL this past Friday (10/14) to purchase a vehicle from Gerald Motors after speaking to a sales rep (Ray) on Thursday. Ray took the time to provide all the information I needed to know to make the decision to make a 2 1/2 hr commute from WI to IL to see this SUV. Especially since there were a few other SUVs closer. Ray unfortunately was not available when I arrived but I was handed off to Herb who was just as great! My dad built a relationship with one of the partners of the dealership and I left with the SUV:) I believe this small business runs on honesty, integrity and relationships which is why I believe they are so successful!
