February 2022 was the first time my son seen Dr. Foster. During the registration process the nurse questioned me about being the Mother of my son. My son is a teenager and I was being polite and answer some questions then I realized she kept asking personal questions that is very confidential. This was not appropriate and unprofessional. Staff is not allowed to ask confidential information when it is in regards to an adoptive child. All information needed was on file! My son has been to will county therapy for years this was just his first time seeing Dr. C. Foster. Dr. C. Foster is a nice and professional psychiatrist but one of her nurses is unprofessional and need more training on how not to insult a patient. I will update later with the nurses name.

The staff is rude. The doctors don’t care. So buckle up if this is your only option for mental health. You better have a car, a phone, and a job that allows you to take multiple days off per month.

I go here for my mental health and to see a psychiatrist. The people here are the absolute sweetest and I love the people who help with mental health. I am always treated like an actual human being while there. They always help me through hard times, always keep the medication refills so I don't struggle more. I love it here

My brother has an Autism diagnosis and receives disability and medicaid. It's very difficult to get a doctor to work with him because of his diagnosis plus having public aid insurance. When we went to see the psychiatrist, my brother started to get over stimulated and expressed behaviors like he always does in large groups of people. The staff recognized this and gave us an unused private office to wait in to help eliminate noise. Originally his appointment was suppose to be telehealth but my brother has a very difficult time understand communicate that is not in person. The staff worked diligently that day to fit us onto another doctor's schedule that could see him in person. We were happy to wait the extra time to see someone in person. The doctor was kind and understanding, where so many others have brush him off as "just autistic" and told us there was nothing that could be done about the other issues we witnessing.
