It gets full around the holidays. Your best bet is to make a reservation. Also, sometimes they run out of uncovered parking and you need to park in covered parking.
The lot fills up on The 4th of July holiday period, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and on occasional summer weekends. Watch the Facebook page for alerts and other good stuff. (Like free parking contests and discount days) As already stated here make a rez online. Easy.

Full on big travel days... For example this past Thanksgiving it was full and only accepted reservations... Other than that, it's great... Been using them since it opened.
Thanks! I'm trying to use a weekly rate coupon (from Blue Sky site) and of course it doesn't work with a reservation (like the Groupon). With your feedback, I think I will take my chances without a reservation to save a few bucks.
