The pools have been closed for more than the 3 years I've lived here.the place is a drug addicts heaven. Illegal aliens all over. Very, very poor maintenance. In case fact mail boxes were broken into the past weekend. They have a security sign in front of office. When ask about security, they stated they don't supply any. There have been numerous amounts of home invasions, even murder more than a couple of times.
There going to put cement in the pool so no more pool

Emerald pointe are the worse apts ever to live in, the new property Mgr and assistant are very very rude.. The occupancy is very low, current resident's are moving out they got maybe about 55% current resident's could be lower!! Pools are only shocked with bleach the didn't even drain them that water has been in there for about 3 or 4 years max.. Not only that there is consistent crime here back to back, including murder!! If u wanna live in the ghetto it's the perfect property for you..
