It's been three days the hot water has been off and everyday the office says it will be fixed by the end of the day and nothing gets done. No one even answers the emergency line after they close the office.

By far the worst apartment complex apartments are infested by roaches and the maintenance crew are so irrelevant once they're called to do the maintenance request they say one thing and when the office management are present they contradict themselves it's supposed to be a gated community yet the gates that are installed do not work... First Day I moved in the apartment complex were surrounded by police and have been on site every single night... At first the management from the were nice and even helpfull to fill out the application and even to get in the paperwork needed to move in special when it came to give the deposit and application fees, oh but once that lease was signed everything change even their attitude SHM seems to me all they do is give you good greetings at the then your just another $ to them they totally forget the have a job because of the tenants living in the apartment complex....

Highly recommend these apartments, they take excellent care of the staff, I do not complain about excellent maintenance workers

Cause they suck..they give u no notice takes forever to fix my apt flooded all weekend n they never answered the emergency line n then manager Irene was rude n didn't even say they were sorry..worst management ever
Check in your contract, maybe they have it there, if they don't, u need to ask in the office
No but they do have a move in special for six months all bills paid.
The pools have been closed for more than the 3 years I've lived here.the place is a drug addicts heaven. Illegal aliens all over. Very, very poor maintenance. In case fact mail boxes were broken into the past weekend. They have a security sign in front of office. When ask about security, they stated they don't supply any. There have been numerous amounts of home invasions, even murder more than a couple of times.
The management caters to the illegal alien. Not the American tenents.
