We have lived here for 4-5 months and in that time sent in three service requests for pest control. The third request I was present for the pest control process, which consisted of the guy placing roach killer powder along the back of my toilet, fridge and stove. I asked him if there are any safe home remedies for pest control, he recommended vinegar and hot water. For the last few months, every Monday I am having to spray my entire apartment with products coming out my own pocket. Every other day I have to sweep my kitchen because of dead roaches on counters or the floor. I have roaches inside my fridge. They are extra active when I cook or at night.I do not keep out dirty dishes or trash. I clean my apartment multiple times a week. Why I am paying a pest control fee when I'm having to pay for and do my own pest control is beyond me. Do better. This is a health hazard. We pay $800+ and there are more roaches living here than people. There are neighbors parking on the grass, or pulling in front of their building and blasting music so loud it rattles my balcony door. Our bathroom lights flicker non-stop or don't work. We are unable to use the over head lighting above the sink in fear of starting an electrical fire.
