How long does it take to get my recertification packet? My least is up December 31, 2018 and i want to move to st. Louis mo to be with my grandfather and my dad is who both sick and won't be with us to long

Recertification and relocating are two seperate things. They re-certify you every year to see if your still eligible, but if you are trying to port out of state you will need to put in an request to relocate form.
