I would first call the Housing Authority to see if the waiting list is open, then if so schedule a day to go the Fountain View and have all your documents on hand. Only originals of say your award letter, any other sources of incomes for yourself nd any dependents that will be living with you, social security cards, ID or State drivers license etc.
