When i went to see logic, you could bring blankets and short chairs that had to be 3 inches off the ground.

No, no blankets on the lawn seating.
Blankets depending on the event though, chairs they don't allow however they have a chair rental stand inside the pavilion if you're on the lawn.
Chairs,Blankets or Tarps when it's raining.
