Came here as a donor from out of state through bethematch, and I was SO pleased with my care. The facility is clean, the process was timely, and the staff was fantastic! Tamara and Adrianna are the staff members who took care of me, and they are both knowledgeable, professional, and made a great team. Aside from the professional aspects, they were just a joy to be around. Super friendly and funny and made me feel totally at ease. I had a great donation experience here and I highly recommend them!

I've never had an issue donating blood in the past but the new person they had attempted and failed to draw my blood. I should have never let her stick me a 2nd time, and the experienced people in there should have taken over and made the 2nd attempt. They tried to fix it but she didn't follow their instructions the 2nd time when she was told exactly where to stick me. It's really my fault for allowing her to try again, but I left without being able to donate. They're also saying that they need double red but then don't have the kit to take the double red. When they're claiming there's a shortage of blood they really should make sure they can get it when a donor comes in. Not sure if I will go back to Carter after this.
