Located on the 2nd floor of the Friedman & Feiger and Spirit of Texas Bank building (exactly where Google maps says it is) even though there are zero signs inside or out that says anything about the Thai Consulate or Forrest Smith. Plenty of parking in front of building when I arrived at 10:00 am Wednesday morning.

Excellent office but a little confusing to where it located so get directions by calling. Extremely friendly receptionist Kiva, will help you though getting what you need. Forrest will return your call immediately which really surprised me, and answer all your questions very patiently.

You go to Thailand embassy in person or in my case here in Dallas i went to Thai council's office with appointment and you will fill the form,.. If you are us citizen you will get free 30 days visa at the Thai international airport...my gf is a greencard holder so we got viss for her here.
Yes but you need to get Visa first here in the US.
