Huge facility. Nice people! We were there for the toy preview show. The exhibitors on the 4th and 8th floors were great. However the 12 5th floor where most of the temporary exhibitors were was very bad. Mostly closed booths... and those that weren't at blocked by the closed booths. I feel bad for those exhibitors. We will not do this show again... and it sounds like we won't have to add this may be its last year... it is being replaced by an earlier NY toy show, which is moving from February to October or November. Beware...The DART train to the market station while it works great, it is a bit of a hike to get from the train, Thurgood the parking garage and to the market, however it lands you on the back side of the market with no way inside unless your a permanent badge holder. So it ultimately is a failure...

Here in the building it is not a hotel, it is a place of business, but across the freeway there are several and I do not know about prices.
Yes, in the Gourmet Market on the first floor of the World Trade Center. It is all wholesale, so you have to qualify as a retail buyer.

You have to apply. The application is available online and you can call if you have any questions. A state tax business ID, a driver's license and a business card are required. Once registered you only need to show your id at the front to receive your credentials. I would highly recommend bringing your State tax business ID to each show. If you are not registered with a vendor they might require it.
This building is mainly showrooms for companies who sell to retailers. It's not a consumer mall.
Some jewlery stores are always cash and carry. Other than that the 1st Mondays of the month. Not sure about the pre registration.
Each vendor will have their own stipulations. There are cash and carry places along Harry Hins Blvd not st the market.
