Each vendor will have their own stipulations. There are cash and carry places along Harry Hins Blvd not st the market.
I remeber needing a tax I'd and a picture of the boutique or business with a sign up. I am nir sure they still require it though. I applied 10 years ago.
No not that I know of...they just need your tax Id or some kind of document to prove you own a business...no purchase necessary
